Childhood obesity is one of the silent killers in today’s world. Kids thought to be cute because they’re chubby during their infancy stages turn out to be the kids who struggle with weight during their teens if allowed to eat whatever they wanted as they’re growing up. You simply crave less food, your metabolism speeds up and your body becomes very efficient at burning fat. Your body starts working with you in your weight loss effort and you become a fat burning machine.
The problem with dieting? It turns the fat switch on.
So even though you lose weight in the short term, it makes your body want to GAIN weight. So you become hungrier and you crave fattening foods, your metabolism slows down and your body loses the ability to burn fat well.
